Youssou N’Dour, one of Africa’s most renowned musicians, has released a new album celebrating Bob Marley’s legacy. Recorded between Paris and Tuff Gong Studios in Jamaica, Youssou wanted to honor Marley’s universal impact and his spreading of Rastafarianism and Pan-Africanism.

On his new album called Dakar-Kingston he connects Jamaica, Senegal and the whole of Africa. With Youssou singing in English, Wolof and French it features 13 tracks including several reggae recuts of  his classics, a tribute to Bob Marley with special guests like the legendary Tyrone Downie (from The Wailers), Morgan Heritage, Mutabaruka and Ayo.
